Your meeting,summarized as it happens.

ClaroMeet records in the browser, on a Zoom, Meet or Teams call or in the room, and writes up each segment while you talk. By the time the meeting ends, the decisions and action items are already there. No bot joins your call.

A segment at a time

1

Press record

Pick your meeting type, segment length and microphone, then start. On a video call, share the tab and ClaroMeet hears both sides without joining the participant list. In a room it just listens.

2

It writes in chunks

One minute for a stand-up, ten for a workshop. Each segment closes with its own write-up: decisions, actions, names, times.

3

You get the meeting back

The segments roll up into one summary: overview, decisions, action items, open questions, risks, next steps. Edit any line, then send it.

Import, share, search

Import any recording

A Zoom, Teams or Meet export, a voice memo, a lecture. Audio or video up to 150 MB, transcribed with speaker labels, summarized like a live meeting.

Share the summary

One click makes a read-only link to the summary. No transcript, no audio, no login. Revoke it any time.

Find it again

Search your history by title, summary or transcript, down to the line someone said it.

The meeting was the easy part

See everything you owe

The Actions hub pulls action items from every summary into one list: owner, due date, done or not. Check them off, add your own, search. Every item links back to its meeting. On every plan.

Get one email a week

A weekly digest of your open action items. It only sends when you have any, and you can turn it off in settings.

Build the team’s library

On the Team plan, one click puts a finished summary in a library the whole team can read. Decisions stop living in one person’s account.

Ask the meeting instead of replaying it

Every meeting has a ✦ Ask chat grounded in its full record: transcripts with time ranges, the summary, and any agenda or deck you attached. Answers cite where they come from, drafts come back as just the draft, and it works mid-meeting. Private to you, on every plan.

What did we actually agree on the renewal price?A 12-month renewal at the current rate was agreed, pending legal’s review of the SLA change (28:40–31:10). Dana owns the redline and sends it Thursday (31:12–31:40).Draft a two-line follow-up to the client.

People switch language mid-sentence. So does the transcript.

Leave it on auto-detect and each segment is transcribed in whatever was spoken: Portuguese on site, English on the call, both in one meeting. Each write-up comes back in that language.

The summary language is a separate choice. Set it to English or French and the summary — minutes included, headings and all — comes back in that language whatever was spoken. A meeting held in both files in one.

What happens to your recordings

Audio is optional

Untick Save audio recordings and each segment is transcribed, summarized, then discarded. Leave it ticked and audio is stored privately for playback.

Retention you set

7, 30 or 90 days, or keep everything until you delete it. Deleting a meeting removes its transcripts, summary and audio together.

Nothing trains on you

Your meetings are never used to train models. Nothing leaves your account unless you send a link or add a summary to your team’s library.

Before you press record

Does it join my calls?

No. Nothing appears in the participant list. On a Zoom, Meet or Teams call you share the tab and ClaroMeet hears both sides through the browser. In a room it listens through your mic. Either way the recording stays in your account.

Why segments instead of one transcript?

Long recordings lose detail. Shorter segments keep track of who owned what, which Thursday and which delivery.

Can I ask questions afterwards?

Every meeting has an Ask chat grounded in its full record: transcripts with time ranges, the summary, and any documents you attached. Answers cite where they come from, and it works mid-meeting.

Can I get the summary in French?

Yes. The summary language is set separately from the language spoken: choose English or French and the whole summary — headings, decisions and formal minutes included — comes back in that language even when the meeting ran in both. Transcription itself auto-detects per segment and follows people who switch mid-sentence.

What if it mishears someone?

Edit the roll-up before you send it. If audio was saved, the segment is still there to play back.

Do I have to tell people?

Yes, please do. Consent rules vary by country, and people speak more openly when they know notes are being taken.

What happens when I hit a limit?

Nothing is lost. A meeting that reaches the length cap writes up everything so far, and the monthly cap resets on the first.

Where do action items come from?

They come from the finished summary, the same one you can edit. Anything it missed you can add in the hub yourself.

How does Team billing work?

One subscription at $16 per seat a month, from 2 seats. Pick the seat count at checkout. Teammates join by email without entering a card.
