Record the meeting.Read the notes after.
Press record and ClaroMeet does the rest. It listens through your microphone, or through the tab on a Zoom, Meet or Teams call, and writes the room up every few minutes, so you can take part instead of typing.
No bot joins your call, and saving the audio is optional.
Free plan included. Every account starts with 7 days of Pro.
Scope for the pilot
Two regions in the first phase rather than four. The rest waits until the migration is signed off.
Budget question, second half
The number only works if the licence count stays flat. Finance wants the assumption written down.

Send or keep
Email it, export it, share a revocable link, or just search it later.
The parts you will use every week
The rule across the top of each card says when you would reach for it.
Everything you said you would do, in one list
The Actions hub pulls every action item out of every summary you have made, with an owner and a due date. Check them off, add your own, and every item links back to the meeting it came from. One digest email a week shows what is still open.
- Send the revised plan
- Chase the vendor quote
- Book the follow-up
Thirty languages, mixed freely
A call that drifts between English and French comes back written correctly in both, detected per segment. The language the summary is written in is a separate setting.
Bring recordings you already have
Drop in a Zoom, Teams or Meet export, or a voice memo, up to 150 MB. Transcribed with speaker labels and summarized like a live meeting.
Ask while it is still running
Each meeting has an Ask chat grounded in its transcripts, summary and attachments. Answers cite the time range they came from.
Search every meeting at once
Full text across your whole history, by title, summary or transcript, down to the line where someone actually explained it.
Fix anything before you send it
Every segment and roll-up is editable. Correct a name or cut a tangent, then email it or export to PDF, DOCX or Markdown.
Share a link, take it back later
One click makes a read-only link to the summary: no transcript, no audio, no login. Revoke any of them whenever you want.
Saving the audio is optional
Have each segment transcribed, summarized and the audio dropped, or keep it for playback. Retention is 7, 30 or 90 days, or manual. Nothing trains on your meetings.
What you get back
The point is not to skip the meeting. It is to stop choosing between writing it down and actually taking part in it.
Why we built ClaroMeet this wayWhere people use it most
- Client and vendor calls, where the commitments matter later
- Interviews and user research, without a bot in the room putting people off
- One to ones and reviews, where you should be listening, not typing
- Site visits and field notes, recorded on a phone and written up by the time you drive back
- Handovers, so the next person gets the detail instead of a summary of a summary
Every plan is the whole product
Nothing is locked behind a tier. What changes is how many finished summaries you keep, how much you record, and whether a team shares one library. Start free, no card.

Questions people actually ask
Will anyone know I am recording?
Nothing joins the call and no guest appears in the participant list. On a Zoom, Meet or Teams call you share the tab and ClaroMeet hears both sides through the browser; in a room it listens through your mic. Recording rules vary by employer, school and country, so check the policy for your room first, and please tell people.
Do you keep the audio?
That is your choice. Untick Save audio recordings and each segment is transcribed, summarized, and then the audio is discarded. Leave it ticked and it is stored privately so you can play a segment back. Either way you set how long the text lives: 7, 30 or 90 days, or until you delete it yourself.
Why segments instead of one transcript?
Long recordings lose detail. Shorter segments keep track of who owned what, which Thursday and which delivery, and each one closes with its own write-up while the meeting is still running.
What if someone talks fast or has a strong accent?
Segments are written every few minutes rather than at the end, so nothing has to be reconstructed from an hour of audio at once. If a segment comes out wrong you can edit it in place before the roll-up is built.
Can I ask questions afterwards?
Every meeting has an Ask chat grounded in its full record: transcripts with time ranges, the summary, and any documents you attached. Answers cite where they come from, and it works mid-meeting.
Can I get the summary in French?
Yes. The summary language is set separately from the language spoken: choose English or French and the whole summary, headings and formal minutes included, comes back in that language even when the meeting ran in both. Transcription itself auto-detects per segment and follows people who switch mid-sentence.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing is lost. A meeting that reaches the length cap writes up everything so far, and the monthly cap resets on the first.
Where do action items come from?
They come from the finished summary, the same one you can edit. Anything it missed you can add in the hub yourself.
How does Team billing work?
One subscription at $16 per seat a month, from 2 seats. Pick the seat count at checkout. Teammates join by email without entering a card.
